Summary:

When a suspected bio-terrorist attack contaminates LA's water supply, the city's population is cast into turmoil. A Sikh store owner and her son become victims of a hate crime after gouging the price of water during the shortage. Two college students attempt to flee the increasingly chaotic atmosphere on a journey that pushes them to the limits of their friendship. And a duo of national guardsmen must choose between their civil duty and their family's safety when they become upholders of the peace during a citywide crisis.
